Joulon LCAM provides Project Management Services to manage Special Periodic Surveys (SPS), reactivate stacked / mothballed assets based on the condition of the assets, contract requirements and any other customer-specific requirements to develop a detailed GAP analysis.

Scopes, work packs, budget, schedule along with critical path are all developed in detail to cater the reactivation and to handle any Management of Change (MoC) during the project.

Joulon LCAM has a track record of reactivating and deploying rigs including mobilization from stacked location to drilling location within the initial defined timeline, budget and with ZERO compromise to safety.

We have achieved such a milestone by configuring the team for each project based on the requirement and deploying experienced project managers to lead the team.
