We are pleased to announce a key leadership transition within the Joulon Group, marking the next natural step in
the evolution of our group companies. These changes are designed to strengthen board-level support, provide
dedicated leadership, and empower each business with the autonomy needed to accelerate growth, foster
innovation, and drive operational excellence.

Effective 1st June, Dean Watson will transition from his role as Chief Executive Officer of the Group to assume the
position of Chairman of Joulon. We extend our deepest thanks to Dean for his exceptional leadership and
unwavering dedication during his tenure as CEO. Under his guidance, Joulon has significantly expanded its footprint
and reinforced its reputation as a trusted partner in the energy sector. His strategic vision and commitment have
built a strong foundation for continued success.

“It has been a privilege to lead Joulon through a period of transformation and growth,” said Dean Watson. “I am
incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved as a team. I look forward to supporting the company in my new role as
Chairman and have full confidence in Abdou’s ability to lead Joulon EAS into the future.”

We are equally pleased to announce that Abdou Djendou will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer of Joulon
Energy Asset Solutions. Abdou has been a key member of the executive team and brings with him extensive
experience, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of our business. We are confident that he will continue to
build on our current momentum and lead Joulon EAS into its next chapter of growth and innovation.
“I am honored to step into the role of CEO and build on the strong foundation that Dean and the team have
established,” said Abdou Djendou. “I’m excited to lead our talented teams as we continue delivering value to our
customers, partners, and stakeholders.”

Please join us in congratulating Dean and Abdou on their new appointments. We look forward to a successful new
chapter in the Joulon EAS journey.
